Project Summary

While the L1 support was done in-house, L2 and L3 support was provided by the Smartstatz team. Production support and Enhancement activities included the following:

  • Support issues reported by L1 were handled by L2. In case Development related changes were required, the L3 team was involved
  • New Change Requests received were documented by Smartstatz BA and once the BRD was approved by the client, then our development team and the changes and implemented these in the UAT environment. After UAT sign-off, these were moved to production
  • Enhanced stakeholder experience due to an intuitive UI and processes.
  • Lower time to value as new changes can be incorporated in a shorter time span.
  • Seamless integration with external and other internal applications.
